At TestPrep-Online, we value our customers and your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We have full confidence that our well-researched preparation materials and practice packswill prove successful in your test preparation endeavors. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 

Please note that using a consumer account for business purposes is prohibited. For business accounts, please contact our customer service. Each subscription account is for individual or family use only, and is not to be shared among multiple users. If the account content is accessed more times than an individual average user then TestPrep-Online reserves the right to block the account from future use.

Money Back Guarantee and Refund Policy

Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase may request a refund. Please allow five business days to review your request.  

Requesting a refund - please contact us. This gives TestPrep-Online the necessary information to understand and process the request in a timely manner. 

Customers who meet the following criteria are eligible for a refund, with the amount to be determined by TestPrep-Online: 

1. A customer utilized all materials included in the product they purchased and completed the actual test. The customer found discrepancies between TestPrep-Online's material and the actual test: 
   
   Case 1: If there was no match between TestPrep-Online's materials and the actual test, the customer is entitled to a full (100%) refund. 
   
   Case 2:If there was a partial match between TestPrep-Online's materials and the actual test, the customer is entitled to a partial refund (30-80%) on a case-by-case basis after a full review of the information provided by the customer. TestPrep-Online reserves the right to determine the refund amount on a case-by-case basis.  
   
   
2. A technical failure with TestPrep-Online website or software prevented the customer from using the product.
   
   
3. The product was not utilized in any way.
