Frequently Asked Questions
The Family Membership is designed for families with multiple test-prep needs. It gives you access to five PrepPacks™ of your choice for 12 months, all within one account. You can choose PrepPacks™ across different tests, grades, and subjects to support your family’s individual needs.
PrepPacks™ are developed by expert educators with deep experience in standardized testing. Each pack may include multiple full-length practice tests, hundreds of sample questions, step-by-step answer explanations, parent and student study guides, videos, and interactive practice activities. Visit our PrepPacks™ pages to see exactly what each test includes.
No. You can add PrepPacks™ to your account whenever you need them during the license period. Many families start with the tests coming up soonest and add the rest later in the year. Your 12 months begin on the day you purchase the membership, not when you choose your first PrepPack™.
If you've added a PrepPack™ by mistake and haven't started using it yet, contact our support team and we'll help you swap it. Once a PrepPack™ has been opened and practice has begun, it stays in your account.
Yes. Our PrepPacks™ span from elementary school through college admissions, and you can mix grade levels across your five. Each PrepPack™ covers a specific test and grade range, so preparing for a different grade means choosing a different PrepPack™ from your five.
Yes, that's what the membership is built for. One child can work on a gifted-program test while another prepares for a grade-level math assessment. Two children can also share the same PrepPack™, though their practice will be recorded together rather than separately.
Yes. Practice history, scores, and progress are tracked within each PrepPack™, so when each child works in their own PrepPack™ you can follow their activity from the same account that has one user and password.
It is usually true that buying the Family Membership is more cost-efficient than buying individual PrepPacks™, but sometimes, it depends on which PrepPacks™ you choose, since individual packs vary in price. The membership includes 5 PrepPacks™ of your choice for one yearly price, so the more your family needs, the more the membership works in your favor. Families preparing more than one child, or one child for more than one test see the biggest difference.
