AI tools are useful for quick extra practice in simple math or short reading passages. They are less reliable for the rest of test prep. Unless you keep supplying examples, they tend to repeat the same few patterns, and visual questions are the weakest area. When you compare test prep companies, look at three things: how varied the questions are, whether the explanations are written for a child, and whether you can track progress. Our explanations teach the method behind each answer, and most PrepPacks include full-length tests, score reports and retakes as often as you need.

If our materials do not match the test your child actually takes, you are entitled to a full refund. If they partly match, you receive a partial refund of 30-80%, decided case by case after we review the details you send. Yes. Our main tests, including CogAT, CAT4 and MAP, have free sample questions with full explanations, and the CogAT pages also offer a free printable PDF.

Each test page shows the grade or level it covers, and our Find a Test tool helps you find the right one. If you are not sure, message us and we will help you choose.

A PrepPack is a one-time payment, not a subscription. The access period is shown on each pack before you buy. For CogAT PrepPacks it is 3 or 6 months, depending on the version.

Most PrepPacks include full-length practice tests, an explanation for every question, and score reports that show which question types need more work. You can retake tests as often as you need.

Yes. TestPrep-Online works on computers, tablets and phones, so your child can practice wherever they are.
